If you see any good behavior in the classroom, get a very nice and loving way of rewarding it. More of the students will ensure that they also get one of the rewards by being disciplined. If the students that you have is some disruptions that are not major in any way, you should ignore it.
Another way that you can discipline is by using cues and body language. If you are not careful, then kids will read your body language and then decide to continue with whatever they are doing if they interpret you won’t do anything. In the event, you want to discipline them, then your body language should project authority. Wearing a serious face and staring at them will work.
Now, you should identify any behavior that you consider to be bad and ensure it is disciplined. If there is bad behavior that goes unpunished, you will get more of it.
